Each of us knows or has known dying and death.
For me to know and accept it I have gathered a simple verse.
“Who knows where life’s path may lead.
One may only hope that a generous amount of happiness
Will be spread amongst the inevitable suffering
Which results from the impermanence of all things along the way.”
This simple thought has allowed me to accept death and to allay the frustrations associated with the loss, which comes in its aftermath.
